Monte Rosa Therapeutics seeks to recruit a Compound Management Contractor for a temporary 3-4 month contract.  This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the biotech industry. The successful candidate will be a key contributor of the Automation & Screening Team, which is responsible for the characterization of novel small molecule glue-based degraders, enabling Monte Rosa’s growing pipeline. The Contractor will be responsible for independently performing the production of solutions from powder samples received from external suppliers, and for transferring those into an automated storage system.

We seek an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic office operations coordinator / executive assistant to join our rapidly growing team. Working both collaboratively and independently, s/he enables the company to function well and facilitates efficient and effective department workflow across multiple office sites.  This person will support the administrative needs of leadership team members.   The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of operations experience, proven organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with senior executives. Experience within the Life Sciences, or other fast-paced industry is preferred. This role will be based in our Boston Location.

The Program Manager will work in a project team environment, interfacing internally with multiple functional areas such as Biology, Chemistry, DMPK/Tox, CMC and Clinical Development.
